孢子丝菌病（脓肿）
孢子丝菌病开始时是小丘疹或皮下结节，可形成溃疡或坏死。感染通过淋巴传播。如果不治疗，可能会发展成弥漫性红斑、溃疡和脓肿，如本例所示的严重细菌重叠感染。
