诺卡菌病引起的放线菌瘤是皮肤和皮下组织，筋膜和骨的缓慢进行性破坏性感染。放线菌足分枝菌病初期表现为结节，随后发生化脓，沿筋膜平面扩散，并通过慢性瘘管排出分泌物。
